Benjamin Doll

Benjamin Doll, MBA, currently serves as Sr. Manager of Marketing Procurement at Stryker since February 2022, following a role as Manager of Marketing and Group Procurement. Prior to this, Benjamin worked at Church & Dwight Co., Inc. from September 2018 to February 2022, where responsibilities included managing a $200 million flexible packaging portfolio and overseeing two direct reports. Benjamin's experience also encompasses a notable tenure at Campbell Soup Company from June 2013 to September 2018, including roles as Procurement Manager and Senior Buyer, where significant cost savings and supply chain optimization initiatives were executed across multiple business units. Earlier, Benjamin held positions at Grant Thornton LLP and the FDIC, ultimately earning a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Marketing from La Salle University.
