Bruce Dall

Bruce Dall is a Senior Principal Engineer in Advanced Operations at Stryker, where they direct the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes and promote materials sciences and metallurgical practices. Their career began at Medtronic Spine & Biologics as a Spinal Biologics Intern, followed by roles at Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems as a Materials and Processes Engineer and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. They returned to Stryker in various capacities, including Supplier Quality Engineer and Senior Materials Engineer, driving advancements in metal injection molding and orthopedic medical devices.
