Eoin Gaughran

Eoin Gaughran currently serves as the Quality Site Lead at Stryker since March 2025 and is the Principal Owner of West Coast MFG, a company focused on enhancing local manufacturing capabilities in the Lower Mainland. Eoin has held various key positions in the manufacturing sector, including Manager of Manufacturing Strategy and Operations at IFD Technologies Inc. and Manufacturing Manager at Cytiva. Previous experience encompasses roles such as EHS Manager at Mueller Water Products and Health and Safety, Environmental, ISO Compliance, and Site Services Manager at Eastman Kodak Company, where significant contributions to environmental compliance and ISO certification were made. Eoin's foundational experience includes responsibilities as a Quality Engineer at Jabil and Prodieco, along with educational credentials that feature a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Technology and a Higher National Diploma in Quality Management. Additionally, Eoin is pursuing a Certificate in Executive Leadership Program focused on Global Manufacturing & AI from MIT xPRO.
