Erick Gustin

Erick Gustin is the Global Director of Sterilization & Microbiology at Stryker, where they leverage extensive experience in medical device sterilization engineering, design, and science. Previously, they held managerial roles at Stryker Sustainability Solutions and Zimmer, and served as Senior Scientist at Steris. With a strong background in clinical work at the Cleveland Clinic and research at Case Western Reserve University, they have developed advanced expertise in sterilization operations and environmental monitoring. Erick is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology/Molecular and an MBA from California Coast University.
