Gajender Sharma

Gajender Sharma has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Engineer and Technical Council Member at Stryker since November 2007. Gajender has progressed through various positions at Stryker, including Sr. Principal, Principal, Associate Principal, Program Manager & Team Lead, and Team Lead - R&D, demonstrating a strong technical and managerial capability. Prior roles include Sr. Design Engineer at GE India Design Center (Satyam), Design Analyst at Samtel Engineering Services, and Engineer in Design and Development at Techplast India Pvt. Ltd. Gajender holds a Master of Technology in Quality Management from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan University, and completed a Senior Leadership Programme at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
