Haydee van Middelkoop is a seasoned professional in human resources and payroll management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Business Analysis Manager for Workforce Management & Payroll HRIS at Stryker since December 2024, Haydee previously held multiple positions at W. R. Berkley Corporation from April 2012 to December 2024, including Manager Payroll/Compensation/HRIS (Contractor) and AVP of HR Shared Services. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Sirius America as AVP, Payroll & HR Systems Supervisor from 2004 to March 2012. Haydee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and a Payroll Certification from Baruch College.
