Joni Diener

Joni Diener has extensive experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sales recruiting in the medical field. Currently serving as the Lead Sales Recruiter at Stryker since February 2010, Joni specializes in sourcing top sales talent for the Stryker Orthopaedics group, covering divisions such as Joint Replacement, Trauma and Extremities, MAKO, and Foot and Ankle, while also supporting the Southwest Region for Sales and the Northeast Region for MAKO Robotics. Prior experience includes roles as Senior HR Recruiter at PDI from March 1999 to October 2009 and Eastern Recruitment Manager at Ventiv from March 1995 to June 1998, as well as a background in pharmaceutical sales. Joni holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College.
