Joseph Lee

Joseph Lee is an experienced professional in operations management within the medical device and engineering sectors. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at Stryker, Joseph leads the Operations team for Joint Replacement Implants. Previously, Joseph held the position of Director of Operations at ENDRA Life Sciences, where the focus was on developing Thermo-Acoustic Enhanced Ultrasound technologies. Joseph has a strong background in managing operations for medical devices, having worked as Director of Operations at 3T Medical Systems and served as Engineering Program Manager at Mahindra Group, where the development of Electric Bike systems was a primary responsibility. Early experience includes roles at Xoran Technologies, GE Healthcare, and Apple, contributing to various projects related to medical devices and supply chain management. Joseph holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Michigan in Industrial and Operations Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, respectively, and is well-versed in medical standards including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and 21 CFR 820.
