Laís Ballouk

Laís Ballouk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and quality assurance across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Stryker since August 2021, Laís manages logistic, warehouse, and distribution projects in Europe. Prior to this role, Laís worked at Philips as a Project Manager, overseeing project lifecycles, resource planning, and regulatory implementation projects. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Analyst at Emergo by UL, where Laís significantly improved departmental processes, and internships in regulatory affairs and quality control at notable companies such as Merck Group, Avon, and GE Healthcare.
