Larry Getz

Larry Getz is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in both military and corporate environments. Currently serving as Managing Director at Victory Strategies, Larry specializes in leadership development and organizational culture enhancement. Previously, Larry held a managerial position at Stryker, where strategic leadership guidance was provided to executive teams and leadership training was developed. As Commanding Officer in the University of Michigan ROTC, Larry shaped the next generation of Navy and Marine Corps officers. An experienced Navy veteran, Larry's roles included Commanding Officer of USS KEARSARGE and Junior Military Aide to the Secretary of Defense, demonstrating a strong background in safety, operational leadership, and personnel management. Larry's academic credentials include a Master's degree in National Security Strategy from National Defense University, a Master's in Public Health from Tulane University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego.
