Markus Borkenhagen

Markus Borkenhagen is currently the Senior Director of Operations and Plant Manager at Stryker, a position held since 2020. Previously, Markus has served in various senior roles at prominent companies, including Senior Director of Quality Operations at Johnson and Johnson MD&D, where they worked in EMEA and DACH regions. With experience as Director of Manufacturing at Isotis SA and Corporate Quality Manager at Mikron Plastics Technology, Markus has cultivated extensive expertise in quality operations and manufacturing compliance. Markus holds a PhD in Material Science/Biomaterials from Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne and an Executive MBA from Universität Zürich.
