Michael Currao

Michael Currao is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and IT service management. Currently serving as IS Senior Manager for Service Delivery at Stryker since December 2019, Michael is responsible for managing key BI and Advanced Analytics systems to ensure quality and service levels for business clients. Prior experience includes a role as Business Intelligence/Process Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where leadership of a specialized team enhanced data analytics solutions and drove service improvements across the firm. With over twenty years at Mars Information Services, Michael held multiple positions, culminating as Global Manager of Infrastructure Services, where oversight of teams ensured the delivery of ITIL-related processes. Michael began a career in technology as a Programmer/Analyst at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics Engineering and Computer Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Telecommunications & Computing Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
