Michael Huber

Michael Huber is an experienced human resources leader with a strong track record in corporate functions and operational management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources for Corporate Functions at Stryker since 2021, Michael supports global operations across Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs. Prior to this role, Michael held significant positions including Sr. Director of Human Resources at Foot Locker, Inc. and Vice President of Human Resources at Graham Packaging, where responsibilities included partnering with senior leadership across numerous manufacturing facilities globally. Michael's extensive experience also includes roles at The Hershey Company and DS Services, demonstrating expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
