Michael Moloney, BTech CEng MIEI, is an experienced Principal Design Engineer currently working at Stryker since May 2012, where responsibilities include providing packaging design support for product innovation teams and delivering specific packaging system designs based on voice of the customer (VOC) feedback. Prior to Stryker, Michael was part of Bausch + Lomb from June 2007 to May 2012, functioning in various roles including Packaging Engineer, and contributed to the Global Plastics & Packaging Engineering team by developing packaging systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Michael started the career as a Project Engineer at CIL Precision from 2001 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Packaging Technology from the Packaging Industry Awarding Body and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Aided Manufacture from Waterford Institute of Technology.
