Nikita Mehra

Nikita Mehra is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in campus recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as the Lead Early Talent & HR Specialist at Stryker since August 2025, Nikita previously led campus recruitment efforts at EXL from May 2022 to August 2025, successfully achieving a target of 550 hires from 75 campuses in FY2023. In this role, Nikita executed comprehensive campus strategies, managed a team, and developed an onboarding program while receiving the Rewards & Recognition Award for outstanding performance. Earlier experience includes a Management Trainee position at UPL, focusing on global campus relations and employer branding, and roles at VANS Skilling and Advisory and India Infrastructure Publishing. Nikita holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Goa Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Honours in Economics from Kirorimal College, University of Delhi.
