Paul McAlpine

Paul McAlpine has extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, particularly within Stryker, where roles have included R&D Manager and Staff Quality Engineer. Notable achievements include implementing the Steer Lock Option, resulting in significant cost savings, and driving continuous improvement projects to enhance assembly first-pass yield. Previous experience includes an internship at GE Healthcare, where Paul managed a harness consolidation project and contributed to cost-saving initiatives.
