Qing-Qing Qiu

Qing-Qing Qiu, Ph. D. is an accomplished professional in the field of biomedical engineering and microbiology, currently serving as Chief Scientist and Senior Principal Microbiologist at Stryker since June 2017, focusing on sterilization validation and biocompatibility evaluation of medical devices. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Engineer at RTI Surgical, Inc. from November 2012 to June 2017, and serving as Staff Scientist at LifeCell Corporation from June 2004 to April 2012, where responsibilities included new product development for tissue regeneration and biological matrix evaluation. Educational credentials include a B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry from Peking University, a Ph.D. in Applied Physics/Biomaterials from Queen's University, and a postdoctoral fellowship in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
