Rob Surman has extensive experience in sales and business development within the medical and pharmaceutical industries. Since joining Stryker in June 2009, Rob has held multiple leadership roles, including Sales Enablement Director, CRM Programme Director for Europe, and Franchise Director for EEMEA in Spine & Trauma. Prior to Stryker, Rob worked at Bayer, where responsibilities included Business Development Manager and Product Manager from 2000 to 2006.
