Their expertise encompasses regulatory strategy development, compliance management, and stakeholder engagement, having held key roles at renowned companies like Johnson & Johnson, Abbott Healthcare, and Medtronic. Shivkumar is also a representative for the Government of India in ISO TC of Medical Device Standards and is actively involved in shaping regulatory frameworks.
