Spencer Stiles

Mr. Stiles oversees the Orthopaedics and Spine divisions, as well as our Incubation of Medical Technology function. He began his career with us in 1999, excelling in various sales, marketing and general management roles within our Endoscopy, Spine and Instruments divisions. He served as General Manager of our Communications business unit for three years, President of Spine for four years and President of Instruments for three years. He has consistently driven our globalization efforts and was an important contributor to the design of our Transatlantic Operating Model.

Mr. Stiles holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
