Dale C. Pease

Dale C. Pease, CPSM, C.P.M., is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Division Operations at Stryker since November 2016, Dale C. Pease oversees the Global Quality Operations, ensuring continuity of supply and managing product costs and inventory across multiple franchises. Prior to this role, Dale C. Pease spent over a decade at Parker Hannifin, where responsibilities included global management of supply chains across 47 manufacturing locations and leadership of the PACE program for cost efficiencies. Earlier career experience includes positions at Lear Corporation and Western Michigan University, complemented by an MBA from California State University, Monterey Bay and advanced supply chain education from Penn State University.
