Taisiya Novopachennaia is a Senior Consultant at RQM+ since May 2022, specializing in delivering transformative solutions in the medical device and diagnostics regulatory landscape. Previously, Taisiya served as Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs Manager at RIVANNA from October 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included driving global expansion through successful device registrations. Taisiya also held roles such as Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Operations Engineer at RIVANNA, each contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and team culture. Early career experience includes an undergraduate researcher position at the University of Virginia, focusing on creating custom healthcare tools. Taisiya holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Highest Distinction in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
