Thomas Busch

Thomas Busch is an experienced cybersecurity and technology leader with a career spanning over two decades. Since February 2005, Thomas has held several key positions at Stryker, including Director of Cybersecurity Incident Response and Senior Manager of Global Cyber Incident Response, where leadership encompasses global cyber incident response, security operations, investigations, forensics, and threat intelligence. Previous roles at Stryker involved managing application security and operational service delivery for various commercial software systems. Thomas has also directed teams in web and mobile development, played a pivotal role as Technical Lead for remediation projects, and contributed to software development and implementation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Counter-Intelligence Agent for Geek Squad and a Network Technician at Bret Information Systems. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University.
