Yixiang Hong

YiXiang Hong is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the IT Director for the International PMO at Stryker since May 2018, YiXiang is responsible for expanding the scope beyond Asia Pacific to cover regions including Europe, EEMA, LATAM, and Canada. Previously, as the PMO Leader for Asia Pacific, YiXiang managed cross-functional projects while focusing on demand prioritization and resource capacity planning. With a solid background at Dimension Data, IBM, Fujitsu, and other companies, YiXiang has developed strong governance structures, managed high-performing teams, and ensured successful project delivery. YiXiang holds an Accelerated Leadership and Management Development Program from IE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from The University of Wollongong.
