Nick Hovey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2000, they worked at Jaz Media Limited as a UK IT, Marketing & Design employee until 2002. Nick then joined King & Wood Mallesons as the European Marketing & Design Manager from 2002 to 2003. From 2003 to 2009, Nick worked at White & Case, first as the European IT, Marketing & Design Management and later as the Global Knowledge Management. In 2007, they founded UKKO London and served as the Founder & MD until 2015. In the same year, Nick co-founded Vehicle Management Systems (VMS) Ltd and remains in that role. Nick also worked as a Consultant at Blackstar Management from 2016 to 2018. In 2011, Nick became the Co-Owner of Urban18, a role they held until 2013. In 2015, they founded MASHIE Golf UK and is currently the Founder & MD. In 2020, Nick became an Investor at STRYVE, and in 2021, they became the Co-Owner of Cleeve Hill Golf Club.
Nick Hovey pursued their education starting in 1990 at Cheltenham College, where they completed their GCSE's and A Levels in an unspecified field of study. Following this, from 1995 to 1996, they attended the University of Gloucestershire for a Foundation course, specializing in Graphic Design. Nick then went on to Manchester Metropolitan University from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Design, Art Direction & Advertising.
