Peggy Dold

Peggy Dold is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the entertainment and media industry. As the Founder of Navigation Partners, LLC since May 2008, Peggy has specialized in business development and strategic marketing. Currently serving as an Advisor at STS Capital Partners, Peggy focuses on mergers and acquisitions for mid-market businesses across various regions globally. Previous roles include Senior Vice President in the Sports & Entertainment Groups of both First Horizon Bank and IBERIABANK, where Peggy provided comprehensive financial services to professionals in the sports and entertainment sectors. Notable earlier positions include Vice President of International at Univision Music Group, where Peggy launched the International Department, and Head of Artist Development at Crescent Moon Records. Peggy holds degrees from the University of Southern California and the University of the Pacific.
