Heather Bachman

Heather Bachman is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in case management and primary care. Currently serving as a Case Management Nurse at Stubbe Case Management since September 2022, Heather previously held similar roles at St. Croix Hospice from April 2022 to December 2022. Before advancing into case management, Heather worked as an Orthopaedic Nurse for Cedar Valley Medical Specialists, P.C. from January 2016 to April 2022, specifically for Dr. Thomas Gorsche, and as a Primary Care Nurse at Comprehensive Systems Inc from July 2006 to January 2016. Heather's educational background includes an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Kaplan University, attained between 2011 and 2013, alongside an earlier Associate's degree in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Hamilton College and Kaplan University.
