Pooja Sharma is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in managing and developing innovative search solutions. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager at StubHub since May 2017, Pooja leads teams responsible for driving approximately 50% of the company's conversions and has designed a highly scalable search platform to enhance the StubHub user experience. Previously, Pooja worked as an Engineering Lead at eBay, where a search platform was created for the eBay France classifieds site, supporting five million daily active users. Pooja's career began at Wipro Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of a service-oriented architecture framework for California's power grid and building mobile applications for marine logistics. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Cloud Computing and Virtualization from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Mumbai.
