Hugo Sotelo has extensive work experience in operations and logistics management. Hugo most recently held the position of Director of Operations at StubHub International, where they oversaw global operations. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Operations in Spain for StubHub and held various regional management roles. Before joining StubHub, they worked at Ticketbis as a Special Operations & Logistics Manager and Customer Service Specialist. Hugo also has experience as a Logistics Operator at Deutsche Post. Hugo started their career as a Freelance Marketing Consultant before working as an Event Coordinator and completing a Public Relations and Marketing internship at Lucsport.
Hugo Sotelo completed their education at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they obtained a Máster en Dirección de Marketing Digital in 2016. Before that, they pursued a Licenciatura in Publicidad y RR.PP. at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos from 2004 to 2009. Hugo also acquired additional certifications such as the Google Adwords Individual Qualification in January 2016 and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification in July 2016. Additionally, they obtained a C1 Zertifikat from IDAF in 2015, completed Marketing Digital Training with ActíVate con Google in 2015, and attained the FCE certification from Cambridge University Press & Assessment in 2012.
