Walter Baptista

Walter Baptista is an experienced operations professional with a diverse background in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Stuckey Ford/Subaru since October 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing the Parts Service and Collision Departments for both brands. In addition to this role, Walter is the Founder and Operating Manager of Service Drive Solutions since January 2008 and previously held positions as a Fixed Operations Specialist at Dealerpro Training Solutions and MSX International. Walter also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Theory and Composition from Berklee College of Music.
