Ayodele Olawepo

Ayodele Olawepo has a wealth of experience in facilities management. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at uacn Property Development Company Plc. Theirroles included daily routine inspection of facilities and equipment, generation of work orders for maintenance, and interfacing and supervising repairs in the estate. In 2015, they moved to Triumph Property and Facility Management Company, where they worked as a Facilities Manager in charge of a large residential property in the heart of Lekki. Theirroles included general operation and maintenance of facilities, budgeting, project management, power management, credit control, and generating facility condition assessment reports for stakeholders. In 2021, they began working at Rydal Mews Limited and Rydal Mews as a Facilities Manager. Currently, they are a Facilities and Operations Manager at Student Accommod8, an African developer and operator of purpose built student accommodation. Theirprimary focus is providing affordable, decent, and sustainable accommodation in a campus style setting.

Ayodele Olawepo obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Studies from the University of Ilorin in 2016. Ayodele is currently pursuing a Diploma in Facility Management from MAX MIGOLD LTD.
