Ashley Waters has a diverse work experience across various companies. Ashley started their career as a Consultant at HFG in 2011 and worked there until 2014. Ashley then joined Third Bridge Group Limited as a Research Analyst from 2014 to 2015. Ashley moved on to Bentley Lewis, where they served as a Senior Consultant specializing in Finance Practice from 2015 to 2016. Ashley then joined Guardian News & Media, first as an Account Manager in the Health department and later as a Partnerships Manager for Guardian Labs from 2016 to 2019. After that, Ashley joined M&C Saatchi Performance as the Manager of Business Development, responsible for building new client portfolios and leading agency pitches from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Student Beans, initially as an Advertising Business Strategist from 2020 to 2020, then as the Media Strategy Lead from 2020 to 2021, and later as the Head of Media Partnerships from 2021 to 2022. Ashley is currently the Head of Advertising, driving the global advertising strategy and delivering annual growth in advertising revenue.
Ashley Waters attended King's College London from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Philosophy, Ancient History, and Classical Language/Literature. Prior to that, Ashley attended Sir John Lawes, although the specific dates and degree information are unknown.
