Robin Heathcote

Robin Heathcote is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and team leadership. Currently serving as Squad Tech Lead and Senior Backend Engineer at Pion since January 2019, Robin previously held roles as a Backend Engineer and Junior Software Engineer at Createk.io. Initial career experiences include roles as a Bakehouse Assistant at J Brindon Addy Traditional Butcher and Brazier and as Water and Food Security Project Coordinator at PORET Livelihoods, where responsibilities included project management and website development. Prior to this, Robin gained customer service experience as a Sales Assistant at Graham Tiso Ltd. and Blacks Leisure Group. Robin holds a degree in Environmental Geoscience from The University of Edinburgh and completed a Full Stack Coding program at Makers.
