Mais Muhtaseb

Mais Muhtaseb has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mais currently works as a Senior Software Engineer - Backend at Beyond Limits, where they develop APIs using Python and utilizes various technologies such as FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AWS. Prior to this, they worked at Abwaab as a Back End Developer, where they also developed APIs using Python and Golang, and worked with technologies like FastAPI, Django, MySQL, and Kubernetes.

Before their time at Abwaab, Mais worked at Repzo inc. as a Software Engineer, where they built a company web dashboard using ReactJS and Redux, and developed APIs using NodeJS and MongoDB. Additionally, they gained industry experience through an internship at Twitch as a Software Engineer Intern.

Earlier in their career, Mais worked at DreamTechs for Digital Solutions as a Back End Developer, where they developed APIs using NodeJS and MongoDB and deployed applications on Heroku. Mais also participated in ReBootKamp (RBK), an immersive code bootcamp, where they gained technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, Node.js, ExpressJS, MongoDB, MySQL, ReactJS, AngularJS, and Git.

Prior to their career in software engineering, Mais worked at Orange Jordan as a Telecommunications Engineer, where they were involved in various technology-based projects, including services launch, maintenance, and upgrade. Mais had technical skills in Linux, Unix, Windows systems, Oracle and MySQL databases, bash scripting, and IP networks. Mais was also a member of the USSD SKC team, providing technical support on USSD services to Orange Group and its affiliates.

Mais Muhtaseb began their work experience as a University Intern at Zain Jordan.

Mais Muhtaseb attended the Institut français de Jordanie from 2011 to 2013, where they studied French Language. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Yarmouk University, which they attended from 2004 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Mais Muhtaseb has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in August 2017, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in January 2017, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in September 2016.
