Richard Liu

Richard Liu is the Vice President of Internal at Global Research and Consulting Group, where Richard previously held the position of Associate Consultant. Richard also serves as an Operations Specialist at UPenn Students Federal Credit Union, overseeing member deposits, withdrawals, and issue resolution. Richard has experience as a Legislative Intern in the U.S. House of Representatives and as a Policy Intern at the City of Little Rock. Richard is a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics graduate from The Wharton School and currently studying at the University of Pennsylvania.
