Nathan Van Paesschen

Nathan Van Paesschen is a seasoned professional in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as Founder and Managing Partner at Volcap Student Homes since July 2019, a private real estate fund specializing in UK student accommodation. Nathan co-founded VOLCAP in February 2015, holding the position of Managing Partner until September 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director at Morgan Capital Advisors from 2011 to 2014, and positions at BNP Paribas CIB and Sociéte Générale, focusing on equity and cross asset derivatives solutions. Nathan's academic background includes a Fintech and Future Commerce program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, alongside a Master's in Financial Economics and an MSc in Civil Engineering from KU Leuven, and a specialized master's degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
