Tahani James, MSOL SHRM-CP, is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources with a diverse background in talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Tahani has held various roles in HR at different organizations such as Island Builders Group Inc, Guttmacher Institute, and Good Shepherd Services. With a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercy University and a Bachelors of Arts in Applied Psychology from Bryant University, Tahani brings a strong educational foundation to their work. Currently, Tahani serves as the Director of Talent and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Student Leadership Network.
