Alexsandra Martinez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property accounting and real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Property Accountant at Student Quarters and a Mortgage Loan Officer at First Option Mortgage since September 2023, Alexsandra has also held positions as a Realtor at Virtual Properties Realty and Keller Williams Cityside. Previous experience includes working as a Loan Originator at Developer's Mortgage Company and a Property Accountant at Asset Living, RCG Ventures, LLC, and JMG Realty, Inc. Alexsandra began the career as a Student Life Coordinator at Gwinnett Technical College and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration from Georgia Gwinnett College.
