Elizabeth Clayton, CPA, has extensive experience in asset management and assurance, currently serving as Senior Associate in Asset Management at Student Quarters since November 2020. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked at EY from October 2017 to November 2020, progressing from Staff Accountant to Assurance Senior. Earlier experience includes an Assurance internship at EY in early 2016. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.

Student Quarters is consistently ranked as one of the top 25 owners of student housing in the United States, and continues to be one of the most active vertically-integrated operators in the industry. Student Quarters’ investment strategy focuses on value-add and core assets located within close proximity to universities with strong enrollment trends. The SQ team aims to drive investment returns through operational improvements, asset repositioning, disciplined acquisition underwriting, and hands-on property management.
