Samuel Jaridau III

Samuel (Trey) Jaridau III, CAM, currently serves as Regional Director at Student Quarters, overseeing operations for a portfolio of 7 properties and 2,500+ beds across multiple states. Trey has held various positions, including Area Manager and Property Manager, managing significant portfolios of student housing. Prior experience includes property management roles at The Preiss Company and Peak Campus, where Trey achieved multiple accolades, such as the 2021 and 2022 Century Club awards, and demonstrated success in leasing strategies and operational management. Trey holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Hospitality, Tourism, & Business Management and Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina.
