Ava H. has a diverse range of work experience. Ava started their career as Co-CEO & President at Our Climate Voices in 2015. In 2016, they joined The Validation Project as a Team Leader, where they designed and facilitated workshops on advocacy, leadership, and career development. Ava also created student-focused kindness and emotional learning curriculums used in over 1,000 schools. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder of See The Voices. Ava's work with #Students_Against_COVID in 2020 included serving as Co-Lead for Women's Health and the Medical Education Research Team. Ava also participated in various roles at Students Vs Pandemics, including as a Leadership Curriculum Member and a member of the Ted Talk Committee. Ava worked as an Associate Dancer at the School of American Ballet in 2018. In 2021, they participated in the FDA Oncology Center of Excellence Summer Scholars Program. Prior to their current roles, Ava had a Marketing Internship at GFP Group SA, where they gained experience in marketing strategies, social media management, web design, and eCommerce. Additionally, they had a Pharmacy Internship at their parents' multinational pharmacy chain, where they assisted with supervision, medication orders, and routine check-ups.
Ava H. has a diverse education history. Ava graduated from H. Hölters Natur Schule in Buenos Aires, Argentina with a high school diploma in International Baccalaureate in Humanities and Social Sciences. Ava then attended Choate Rosemary Hall, where they earned a US High School Diploma with a concentration in Arts, specifically Dance, Writing, and Theatre. During this time, they also participated in the JFK '35 Program in Government and Public Service. Additionally, Ava completed a Post-Graduate Gap Year Program in Dance, Creative Writing, and Theatre at Interlochen Arts Academy. Ava further pursued their education at Stanford Online High School, obtaining an OHS Diploma with academic awards. Ava also completed a semester at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne studying Economics. Currently, they are enrolled in Princeton University, pursuing an A.B. in Politics and Latin American Studies, with certificates in History and the Practice of Diplomacy, Gender Studies, Journalism, Music Theatre, Dance, and Medical Anthropology. Ava is concurrently pursuing a Dual BA with Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, in Politics and Economics. Ava has also earned certifications in various fields, including Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from Stony Brook University and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) from Harding High School. Ava also holds several language certifications, such as DALF C1 from Alianza Francesa de Buenos Aires and Goethe-Zertifikat B2 from Goethe-Institut e.V.
