Brooke Millan

Brooke Millan is an experienced college admissions professional currently serving as a College Admissions Counselor and Black Student Experience Specialist at Students Rising Above since July 2022. Prior to this role, Brooke worked as a Transfer Application Reviewer at the University of California, Santa Cruz, from January 2022 to July 2022. Brooke's extensive experience in admissions includes serving as the Director of Graduate Admissions at ArtCenter College of Design, the Director of Admissions/Assistant Dean of Admissions at Otis College of Art and Design, and an Admissions Counselor at the University of Southern California. Earlier career highlights include a position as Production Supervisor at Walt Disney Animation Studios and Assistant Director of Admissions at Oberlin Conservatory of Music. Brooke holds a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art History and Voice Performance from Oberlin College.
