Pat Greco

Pat Greco is the Senior Director of Thought Leadership at Studer Education, focusing on Organizational Excellence, Evidence Based Leadership, and Systemic Improvement. They also serve as the Champion of Improvement & Evidence Based Leadership for Menomonee Falls. Previously, Pat was the retired Superintendent of Schools for the School District of Menomonee Falls, where they led significant improvements that earned numerous accolades, including Wisconsin Superintendent of the Year in 2018. Pat holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is dedicated to enhancing educational outcomes through principled leadership and collaboration.
