David Alcaraz

David Alcaraz is a global operations leader with over 20 years of experience in customer experience, scaling operations, and business transformation within the SaaS, EdTech, and HR Tech sectors. They founded and served as CEO of Arise from 1996 to 2000, and held senior management roles at notable organizations including HRsmart, where they led global customer lifecycle operations and managed EMEA P&L. Currently, David is the Head of Customer Experience at Studi and the Deputy Managing Director at OpenClassrooms, overseeing various aspects of operations, training delivery, and customer success. David earned their education at Ecole Centrale de Lyon between 1991 and 1994.
