Rocky Tilney

Rocky Tilney is the founder and creative director of Studio 22 Design, Inc. Rocky has over 20 years of experience in the web development and design industry. Rocky has a passion for creating exciting new products and has been inventing and founding companies since 2005. Rocky is also a board member of the Western Art Directors Club and has helped develop procedures and policies, provided support for new member recruitment, organized fund raising events, and maintained online presence through website and e-mail marketing.

Rocky Tilney's educational career began with attending De Anza College where they studied graphic design, animation, and art history. Afterward, they went on to study film/video production at the college.
