Rouf Bashir

Rouf Bashir is a highly experienced entrepreneur and manager with a diverse background in founding and leading multiple organizations across various industries. Currently serving as the Founder of MashiQ and Studio 23 since 2022, Rouf also holds the position of Managing Director at Radiant Public Higher Secondary School since 2018 and has established Nucleus Institute, Ladisha, and previously CareerTree. Rouf co-founded Monitor Kashmir in 2018 and was a Founder at Uphoria Lifestyle from 2014 to 2016. Prior experience includes working as a Key Accounts Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank. Rouf holds degrees in Marketing and Finance from the UnitedWorld School of Business and the University of Kashmir, respectively, obtained between 2009 and 2011.
