Luis Medina

Luis Medina possesses extensive experience in the architecture and construction management sectors, currently serving as Design and Construction Administration at STUDIO 397 Architecture PLLC since April 2020, where responsibilities include collaborating with clients across all project phases. Previously, Luis held roles at Press Builders, Inc. as Project Manager and Lead Superintendent, and at Sciame Construction, LLC, managing projects with significant scopes, including a $300 million academic complex for CUNY. Prior experience includes financial and cost control management at Pier Head Associates, Ltd., financial analysis at STi Prepaid, and auditing at PwC. Luis holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from UMass Amherst.
