Elizabeth Fiting (she/her)

Elizabeth Fiting has a range of experience in the field of learning and development. Elizabeth is currently the Chief Learning Officer at Studio 5 - Learning and Development, Inc., a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Enjoy Technology, Inc. as a Senior Learning Strategist from July 2019 to December 2020, and as a Learning Experience Designer from April 2016 to December 2020.

Before joining Enjoy Technology, Inc., Elizabeth held the role of Training & eLearning Manager, Client Success Team at Author-it Software Corporation from May 2014 to March 2016. Prior to that, they worked at The Mosaic Company as a Senior Instructional Designer from March 2012 to April 2014.

Elizabeth also has a background in project management and content development. Elizabeth worked at NogginLabs, Inc. as a Project Manager from January 2008 to July 2011, and as a Content Developer from January 2008 to September 2010. Additionally, they have freelanced as an Editor/Writer for various publishing companies from January 2005 to October 2010, and they served as a Project Editor at Loyola Press from March 2003 to December 2007.

Elizabeth Fiting has a Master of Education degree in Learning Design & Technology from Purdue University, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. degree in English from Columbia College Chicago. Additionally, they also hold a Master of Science degree in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University.
