Jesse Lee Eller

Jesse Lee Eller has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Since 2013, Jesse has been the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Studio 5 - Learning and Development, Inc., a creative agency specializing in learning and development strategy and implementation. As a trustee, Jesse has also been involved with the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco since 2019. In 2015, Jesse co-founded and served as a trustee for the Cultivating Change Foundation, an organization that advocates for LGBTQ agriculturists. Additionally, Jesse has been involved with California State University, Chico in multiple roles, including serving on the Board of Directors for the Superior Ag College of Agriculture and as a member of the University Advisory Board. Jesse has also been the Programming Board Chair for StartOut, a nonprofit organization supporting LGBT entrepreneurs, from 2016 to 2019. Prior to these roles, Jesse worked as an Instructional Designer and Trainer as an independent consultant, and held positions at California State University, Sacramento, the National FFA Organization, Associated Students CSU, Chico, and the California Department of Education as a California State FFA Officer.

Jesse Lee Eller holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Business from California State University, Chico. Additionally, they have pursued a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Francisco.
