Russell Hoorn II

Russell Hoorn II is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Manager at Studio C since March 2023. Prior to this role, Russell was the Director of Technology and Network Administrator at Kelloggsville Public Schools from October 2004 to January 2023. Russell also worked as an Independent Network and Technology Consultant at Hoorn Consulting from August 2016 to January 2022 and held a position as a Board Member for PSUG-MI from July 2009 to June 2012. Earlier in Russell's career, experience included working as a Firefighter for Alpine Township Fire Department and as a Technology Support Specialist at Kenowa Hills Public Schools. Russell holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Western Michigan University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking from Davenport University (1999-2009).
